白血球減少症に対するFresmin Sの効果

Abstract

"Fresmin S", injectable solution, was used for patients with leukopenia caused by anticancer agents and the following results were obtained. 1) In view of the results of the present ex periment, concomitant use of "Fresmin S" with the anticancer agent is desirable in anticipation of leukopenia. 2) When leukopenia developed, it appeared that the recovery of white blood cell count was rapidly attained by discontinuing the anticancer agent and administering "Fresmin S" 3) No marked change was noted in the red blood cell count and hemoglobin level. 4) Expected effect of "Fresmin S" was obtained in all of the cases studied though the number of cases was small. 5) From the above-m entioned results, "Fresmin S" is believed to be a fairly promising agent in the treatment of leukopenia.
