| 抄録: | Wintomylon (Nalidixic Acid) was given to 14 patients wit h urological infections mainly with Gram negative bacilli, As the results, clinical effectiveness was observed in 86 % of the patients treated. On the basis of the facts that the causal bacilli were mostly drugresistent Gram negative E. coli in our series of patients, and that there was no noticeable side effect even after a prolonged use, Wintomylon is one of the most effective choice for treatment of urinary tract infeCtion, |
