小児に見られた精管・陰嚢尿瘻の1例

Abstract

A case of spermatic cord-scrotal urinary fistula arisen in a 6 years old boy is reported. On the besis of clinical symptoms and results of laboratory examinations, the primary disease must be bladder neck obstruction from which secondary complication of spermatic cord- scrotal fistula occurred. Concerning the complications of bladder neck obstruction, secondary changes of the kidney and the urinary bladder have been detailly described, but such case as spermatic cord-scrotal fistula experienced in our clinic has so far never been reported. As the treatment of this case ligation of the bilateral spermatic cords, anastomosis between the bladder and the right ureter, of which kidney function was well sustained, and Heineke-Mikulicz's plasty at the bladder neck were performed. The subjective and objective signes were improved following the operation.
