精嚢腺X線像の臨床的意義について 第2編: 男子性腺機能障碍症における精嚢腺X線像の内分泌学的観察

Abstract

In 151 patients with male sexual disturbances, in wh o m various urinary steroid hormones and urinary gonadotropic hormones were determined, observations were made on the relationship between the development shape and age angle of the seminal vesiculogram and the value of hormones. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Relation to urinary 17 KS The urinary 17 KS showed low values in many of patients having III and IV types (Ishigami-Mori's classification) of under-grown pictures as well as senile and juvenile types of the age angle on seminal vesiculogram 2. Relation to each fraction of urinary 17 KS In the cases having III and IV type of deve l opment abnormalities were demonstrated in III, IV and V fractions and IV/V ratio of the urinary 17 KS, and in a few cases having I and II types of development relative decrease in IV fraction of the urinary 17 KS was found. The cases having juvenile type showed decreases in all fractions in urinary 17 KS, while the cases having senile type demonstrated interesting evidence that ratio of IV+V/III+VI+VII was above 1.0 and IV/V was below 1.0 in urinary 17 KS. 3. Relation to urinary 17 OHCS No noticeable relationship between urinary 17 OHCS and findings of seminal vesiculogram was demonstrated. 4. Relat i on to urinary Estrogen A part of cases having I I I type and juvenile type the urinary Estrogen showed high values, while the most of cases with IV type and juvenile type revealed low excretion of urinary Estrogen. 5. R e lation to urinary Gonadotropin The urinary Gonadotropin showed high values in many cases with I type and low values in many cases with IV type. In cases having III types, which is considered to be the transition of I and IV types, many of them showed either low or ligh values. Related to the findings of the age angle, the juvenile type showed low values and the senile type showed high values on urinary Gonadotropin determinations.
