泌尿器科領域におけるDV-79(trans-AMCHA)の治験

Abstract

This investigation was carrid out to see the effectiveness of trans-AMCHA on nine cases of non-operative patients and sixteen cases of operative patients. The results are summarized as follow : 1 The non-operative cases consisted of six patients with socalled essential renal bleeding, two with bladder tumors and one with hematospermia. The bleeding in the five patients with ess e ntial hematuria and one with hematospermia was disappeared clearly. The macrohematuria in two patients with the bladder tumor was subsided but one with the essential hematuria was not disappeared. 2 The operative cases, which included six patients with prostatic hypertrophy, three with renal calculous, four with bladder tumors and three with renoptosis, were given trans-AMCHA. The use of trans-AMCHA proved to decrease the amount of postoperative bleeding.
