| 抄録: | This report deals with a case of lymphangioma of the left kidney arisen in a 6 months aged boy. The case is supposed to be the 9 th. reported one in foreign literetures, the 3 rd. in this country and the 1 st. male case. The tumor in the left flank abdo m en was first noted around three months of age and gradualy became larger. X-ray examination revealed the tumor located in the left kidney. The extirpated kidney measured 9 x 6.5 x5 cm and weighed 310 grams of which four fifth part was occupied by a honey-combed tumor and histologically diagnosed as lymphangioma. |
