| 抄録: | Four cases of primary hyperparathyroidism due to chief cell hyperplasia of the parathyroid gland were presented. These four cases correspond to 11.5 % of our series of primary hyperparathyroidism. Macroscopic and histological differentiations from adenoma of the parathyroid gland and the surgical treatment of the parathyroid hyperplasia were discussed. This report is the first presentation of chief cell hyperp l asia of the parathyroid gland in Japan. |
