| 抄録: | A case of primary extragenital choriocarcinoma a risen in the spinal cord was reported. A ten years old boy was first seen in December 1963 with complaints of pain a nd disturbance of gait, precocious puberty and disturbance of micturition. He was admitted to Rosai Hospital under a diagnosis of spinal tumor. On May 6, 1964, the tumor was removed . Histological diagnosis was choriocarcinoma. Then, elevated gonadotropin in urine was estimated. He died on Feburary 4, 1965. At autopsy neither any tumor, cyst, nor scar formation was observed by the serial examination of the testes. This finding could support the diagnosis of primary choriocarcinoma of the spinal cord. |
