| 抄録: | Two clinical cases of soft kidney stone were repo r ted. Both histological and histochemical studies w e re then conducted on the stones. The results were as follows. In the first c a se, some elastic fibres stained by Weigert's technique were demonstrated without no other accompanied cells except for several acid fast bacilli in the stone. Histochemical analysis revealed that the stone was mainly composed of polysaccharide, mucin and albumin. I n the stone of 2 nd case, there were some collagen fibres stained by van Gieson's technique and neither cells nor bacilli was demonstrated. Histochemically, it was composed of polysaccharide, albumin and glycoprotein. |
