| 抄録: | A long-acting and activated vitamine B1, BuTDS (Tanabe) was proved to have marked stimulated effect of intestinal peristalsis on the intestinal electromyogram, when it is given intravenously during myography. In addition, administration of the drug to post-operative patients seemed to improve post-operative intestinal paralysis and urination. It was assumed that the treatment with BuTDS is useful as post-operative care in the field of urology. No noticeable side effect was encountered. |
