抄録: | 1) Vitamin D, oxalic acid and CAI (carbonic anhydrase inhibitor) were administered to Wistar strain rats as stone producing substances. Although nephrocalcinosis was observed in the experimental animals, results did not come to formation of urolithiasis. 2) Histochemical examination of the produced nephrocalcinosis prov e d presence of mucopolysaccharide. However it was supposed from the results of CAI administration that the apperance of mucopolysaccharide is the secondary outcome and is not the foregoing phenomenon as it has been believed. 3) The cause of calcinosis after administration of CAI was thought to be due to alkalization of urine. Decrease of urinary citrate was supposed to be not an important factor as it was considered. 4) Nephrocalci n osis after administration of CAI was inhibited by simultaneous treatment with alumigel. 5) Adm i nistration of hexasodiummetaphosphate resulted in inhibition of nephrocalcinosis in consequence of oxalic acid but not of CAI. |
