パンアミンD2の使用経験

Abstract

"Panamine D2" was administered at the dosage of arou n d 500 ml daily to 10 patients who were undergone urological operations. Results of laboratory examinations done after its use for 1 week were compared to that obtained before the administration. 1) Use of the drug resulted in an increase of total serum protein level, an improvement of A-G ratio and increases of red blood cell count and hemoglobin content. 2) No harmful effect was observed on renal functions. 3) Favorable effects were seen on inprovem e nt of general condition and cure of the operated wound. 4) N o noticeable side effect possibly due to "Panamine D2" was encountered.
