| 抄録: | A 58 years old house wife visited our hospital complaining of obesity and hypertension. A diagnosis of Cushing's syndrome due to adrenal hyperplasia was made based on results of various examinations, and the patient was operated on subtotal bilateral adrenalectomy. Histological study showed hyperplasia of the left adrenal gland and atrophy of the right adrenal gland. Patient's symptoms became improved along with normalization of urinary 17 KS and 17 OHCS levels following the operation. Discussions were made on Cushing's syndrome with references to its symptoms, laboratory examinations, operation and prognosis. |
