| 抄録: | Nephrectomy was performed on the cirsoid aneurysm found in the right renal artery of a male aged 19, to improve his hypertension which was ascertained to exist preoperatively. The cirsoid aneurysm is concluded to be a disease which is congenital, partly because the kidney was hypoplastic but mainly because there existed a cirsoid aneurysm on the right renal artery, branching into two, between the abdominal aorta and the regular branching of the renal artery, although there may be some who doubt the existence of this illness as a disease. |
