| 抄録: | A case of extraadrenal pheochromocytoma is repo r ted. A patient, 46-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with a chief complaint of paroxysmal hypertensive attack. Medical, roentgenol o gical and biochemical examinations revealed a extraadrenal pheochromocytoma. On the 2nd day after removal of the tumor, she developed chest pain , and giant inverted T wave was found on the electrocardiogram. She was placed in the h yperbaric chamber at three occasions along with administration of coronary dilatants which made her free from chest pain, and then giant inverted T wave was ceased gradually. |
