| dc.description.abstract | A case of a rare lesion, fracture of the penis, was presented. In the present case of a 22 year-old man, the cause of the lesion was a violent onanism. The case was treated conservatively and the clinical course was uneventful with sufficient recovery of sexual function such as erection. In addition, a brief review of some literatures in relation to the exciting cause, etiology, site of predilection, frequency, age, symptoms, complications and sequelae were discussed. | en |
