| 抄録: | From the clinical studies on urinary tract infection, the prednisolone provocative test with measurement of bacterial counts in the urine seem to be very useful for the diagnosis of chronic pyelonephritis. It was also shown that TTC test is a simple and accurate method to estimate the bacterial counts in urine, and the use of TTC test with prednisolone test is a convenient method for the clinical purpose in the cases of bacterial counts less than 100, 000 per ml. before injection of prednisolone. |
