dc.description.abstract1. "Urocalun", an oral tablet mainly composed of extract of Quercus stenophylla Makino (QSE), was given to 12 patients with ureteral stone. Discharge of stone was resulted in 5 patients, while the localization of stone was unchanged in the other 7 patients. 2. Administration of "Urocalun" to 7 patients with renal stone resulted in partial discharge of stone in one case, descendance of stone to the upper ureter in one and no change in the location and size of stone in 5 cases. 3. No noticeable side effect was e n countered with "Urocalun" treatment.en
