| 抄録: | 1. A pollen product "Cernilton" was given to 12 pati e nts with prostatic hypertrophy. The clinical effectiveness on the symptoms was good in 5 cases, fair in 5 cases and none in 2 cases. In 2 out of 5 patients who showed good response, symptoms aggravated within 1 month after cessation of the therapy and prostatectomy was performed later. The both cases had third degree of hypertrophy. One of 5 patients who showed fair response to "Cernilton" also necessitated to have performed radical operation later. He was also possessed of the third degree hypertrophy. 2. No si d e effect was observed in all cases treated. |
