腎梗塞の3例

Abstract

Anuria due to renal arterial infarction is relatively rare d isease, and very few cases have been reported in Japan. This disease is hard to be diagnosed clinically and only postmortum pathological examination can confirm the diagnosis. It is supposed that many of the patients with this disorder are overlooked among those in which autopsy is not performed. This report deals with 3 cases of renal arterial infarction found amo n g patients complained of anuria, along with some discussions on its pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis and treatments of this disorder. Among the three, 2 cases were found at autopsy to have unilateral renal arterial infarction accompanied with atrophy of the opposite kidney. The other case was diagnosed as renal arterial infarction by aortography and was treated with peritoneal perfusion and blood dialysis by artificial kidney which resulted in recovery.
