| 抄録: | A 52 years old male came to our hospital with a chief complaint of metastasized skin tumor, He had no symptom of hypertension during life. At autopsy multiple metastasis was found in the skin, lymphnodes of various regions, both lungs, stomach, intestine, pancreas, brain, urinary bladder and thyroid gland. Histologically the tumor was confirmed to be pheochromocytoma primary arisen from the bilateral adrenal glands. |
