経腰的腎孟レ線撮影法について

Abstract

Percutaneous translumbar pyelography was perf o rmed in seven cases who had failed to be given satisfactory information by means of common radiological methods on the diagnosis of lesions in the upper urinary tract. In these obstructive cases, i n cluding 1 patient with primary ureteral tumor, 1 with papillomatosis, 2 with renal tuberculosis, 2 with hydronephrosis and 1 with postoperative ureteral stenosis at the site of anastomosis following ureterosigmoidocystostomy, this method was the only means of arriving at a correct roentogenological diagnosis of lesions in the upper urinary tract. Technique, advantage and complication of this method were briefly discussed.
