| 抄録: | A case, 23 years old female, of renal tumor complic a ted with Bourneville-Pringle Phakomatosis was reported. The renal tumor was 2, 200 g in weight, and was angio-lipo-myoma pathohistologically. In this case spontaneous pneumothorax occured after right nephrectomy, and it continued despite treatment. In both lungs the pathological changes complicated with Bourneville-Pringle Phakomatosis were confirmed histologically. |
