dc.description.abstract1) "Urocalun" was administered to 21 patients with u r e teral urolithiasis which resulted in discharge of the stones in 12 patients (52 %), descent in 3 patients, being observed the effect in 1 patient and unknown course in 5 patients. Excluding the cases who were failed to followup the exact course, the drug was effective to discharge the stones in 75 % of the cases. 2) "Urocalun" was administered to 11 patients with renal urolithiasis (includ i ng a case combined with ureteral urolithiasis). With the treatment, the localization of the stones was unchanged in all of 8 patients with incarcerated caryceal stone and was descended in 2 out of 3 patients with pelvic stone. 3) No noticeable s i d e effect was encountered in all patients treated with "Urocalun"en
