| 抄録: | A case of 71 year-old male having vesicosigmoidal fistula d ue to sigmoid cancer was presented, in which radical sigmoidectomy combined with partial cystectomy was performed successfully. Although many authors have described vesico-intestinal fistula in detail, there still remain a few problems on the diagnosis and the treatment of the disease. Some review in literatures was added in this report. |
