膀胱腫瘍の浸潤度の診断における二重膀胱造影(double contrast cystography)の検討 : 少量の造影剤-Dionosil-を用いた二重膀胱造影

Abstract

Double contrast cystography was performed to 16 cases of bladder diseases. Characteristic figures on the X-ray films obtained from 14 cases of advanced bladder tumours associated with infiltration into the deep muscular layers were listed as follows : 1. Asymmetrical shape of the bladder a) Severe deformity b) Fixation of the deformed arae to the pelvic wall c) Localized diverticle-like enlargement of the b l a d der wall 2. Localized deformity and rigidity in the shape of the bl a d der. Contrast medias, barium-sulfate, urokolin (for bronchograp h y), dionosil aqueous and hytrast (for bronchography), were compared for their efficiancy. Dionosil aqueous was found to be the best contrast media for the purpose of staging the bladder tumours with double contrast cystography. Small amount of dionosil brought a sharp contrast in double contrast cystogram.
