| 抄録: | The Johanson's procedure is used as one of the operativ e treatment for severe urethral stricture. The operative procedure which is performed by two divided steps is principally the application of Denis Browne's method for hypospadias. This report deals with a case of 46 ye a r s old male with anterior urethral stricture in which the transurethral procedure was impossible to be done but treated with the Johanson's operation with satisfactory result. Discussions were made on the selection of indication and the technical cautions of this operation. |
