尿膜管腫瘍の2例

Abstract

Two cases of urachal tumor were presented. One of thes e , 62-year-old female, was hospitalized in December 1966, because of complaints of gross hematuria and terminal miction pain. Clinically, a hen's egg sized tumor was found to locate from the vertex to the posterior wall of the bladder. Partial cystectomy was performed. Histologically, the tumor consisted of mucin producing adenocarcinoma. The other pat i e nt, 65-year-old male, admitted to our clinic in October 1954, complaining of asymptomatic gross hematuria. Partial cystectomy was performed under suspicious diagnosis of urachal tumor. The tumor attached to the vertex of the bladder and the cord was recognized between tumor and umbilicus. Histologically, the tumor consisted of adenocarcinoma without producing mucin. Finally, the his t ogenesis of these cases was discussed and 84 cases of urachal tumor out of 96 cases reported in our country were statistically summarized.
