| 抄録: | A huge right calculous kidney arisen in a 58 years old man was operated on nephrectomy, and was found that the renal pelvis is possessed by leukoplakia with partial malignant alteration. The postoperative fistula was intractable and in about a year developed histological picture of cancroid. At the same time, formation of an duodenal fistula was taken place followed by death. |
