| dc.description.abstract | 施設入居者夫婦10組(男性平均年齢74歳, 女性平均年齢72歳)の性生活の実態調査について, 男性性機能の自信度や満足度を中心に検討した.半数のカップルで性交が認められ, 現在の性生活を満足していた.性交の満足度については勃起維持頻度と維持困難さが, 勃起維持の自信度については勃起維持困難さが一番強く関係し, これは加齢に伴い低下していた.また, 高齢夫婦のコミュニケーションには性行為コミュニケーションも必要であることが示唆された | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | A questionnaire study was conducted on sexual life such as intercourse frequency, libido and erectile function and degree of satisfaction of sexual life in aging couples. Half of them had sexual intercourse and satisfaction of life. According to multivariate analysis using stiffness of penis at erection, erection maintained, and difficulty of maintenance of erection state, there was a significant relationship between satisfaction of sexual life and frequency of erection maintained or difficulty of maintenance of erection state, and also between confidence on erection and difficulty of maintenance of erection state. These values became lower because of aging. We concluded that sexual communication was needed in the life of aging couples, and an urologist should have a role in consulting on aging life. | en |
