片頭痛を合併した間質性膀胱炎の2例

Abstract

片頭痛とアトピー性素因を有した間質性膀胱炎の2例(69歳女, 54歳女)を報告した. 1)2例の膀胱組織において肥満細胞の増加が認められた.免疫組織染色を施行した1例において筋層のカイメース陽性肥満細胞が肥満細胞の殆どを占めていた. 2)間質性膀胱炎と片頭痛の原因として肥満細胞を介した機序の関与が推定された

Two cases of interstitial cystitis complicated with migraine and atopic tendency are reported. In the bladder tissue of the two cases, mast cells were increased and in one case which was observed with immunohistochemical staining, most of the mast cells among muscle layers were chymase-positive mast cells. We considered that the degranulation of mast cells was related with the cause of interstitial cystitis and migraine.
