| dc.description.abstract | 症例は49歳男性で排尿困難, 下腹部痛, 肉眼的血尿を主訴とした.膀胱鏡検査で膀胱の右側壁に憩室を認め, 内腔より突出する非乳頭状腫瘍を認めた.生検ではTCG, G2であった.IVPでは右水腎症を認めた.CTでは膀胱の右側壁に不均一なdensityの腫瘍を認めたが壁外への浸潤はみられなかった.検査結果より膀胱癌T3, N0, M0と診断し, 膀胱全摘除術, 骨盤内リンパ節郭清及び回腸新膀胱形成術を施行した.再発により術後7ヵ月癌死に至った | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | A 49-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief compliant of difficulty of urination, lower abdominal pain and macrohematuria. On cystoscopy, a non-papillary tumor was seen in the diverticulum on the right side of the urinary bladder. Having made the diagnosis of urinary bladder cancer, we performed total cystectomy, retroperitoneal node dissection and construction of an ileal neobladder. Histologically, it was squamous cell carcinoma, pT3a, pN0. Seven months after the operation, the patient died of recurrent disease. | en |
