| dc.description.abstract | 症例は65歳女性で咽頭痛, 嚥下困難で受診し, 左扁桃から上咽頭迄の腫瘍を認め生検された.悪性リンパ腫と診断されCHOP併用療法が開始された.手術のため転科となった.腹部CT, MRI所見より悪性リンパ腫に合併した右腎腫瘍と診断し根治的右腎摘除術を施行した.病理所見で淡明ないし顆粒状細胞の胞巣状, 結節状の増生を認め, 腎細胞癌, 淡明細胞型, G2, INFα, V(-), pT1a, pN0と診断した.腎細胞癌と悪性ンパ腫が合併した症例は比較的稀で15例の報告があるのみである | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | A 65-year-old woman was admitted for the treatment of malignant lymphoma. Computed tomography revealed a right renal tumor. After 3 cycles of CHOP (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, prednisone) chemotherapy, we performed right radical nephrectomy. The histopathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma. After nephrectomy she was treated with 3 cycles of CHOP chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She received no adjuvant therapy for renal cell carcinoma and had no recurrence after 8 months from the nephrectomy. | en |
