| dc.description.abstract | 65歳男.主訴は右陰嚢内腫瘤の腫大で, 梅毒の既往があった.右陰嚢内に弾性硬な鶏卵大の腫瘤を触知し, 精巣と一塊となっていた.超音波では腫瘤は長径6.3cm大で精巣と腫瘤の境界は不明瞭であった.精巣腫瘍を否定できず, 右高位精巣摘除術を施行した.固有鞘膜腔に液体の貯留を認め, 軽度の陰嚢水腫を呈し, 腫瘍と精巣の剥離は用手的には困難であった.肉眼的には腫瘍は精巣上体原発であると思われた.病理では繊維性偽腫瘍と診断された.繊維性偽腫瘍は真の腫瘍でない為予後は良好である | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | A 65-year-old man presented with a complaint of the swelling of his right scrotum. Ultrasonogram indicated a tumor in the right scrotum, but it was not apparent whether the tumor arose from the right testis or not. Right high orchiectomy was performed due to the suspicion of malignancy. The tumor arose from the right epididymis and spermatic cord. Histological examination revealed that the tumor was a fibrous pseudotumor in the scrotum. | en |
