dc.description.abstract54歳男.右陰嚢内の無痛性の腫瘤が出現し, 徐々に増大傾向にある為受診した.悪性疾患を完全には否定できず, 手術を施行した.術中迅速病理診断で良性腫瘍と診断された為, 精巣白膜を縫合し精巣の血流を再開し手術を終了した.腫瘍細胞はHBME-1陽性であった.一見, 血管様構造を呈している部位はKeratin陽性, factor VIII陰性であった.以上より精巣白膜に発生したadenomatoid tumorと診断したja
dc.description.abstractAdenomatoid tumors are uncommon neoplasms of the paratesticular tissues. We report a case of an adenomatoid tumor of the testicular tunica albuginea. A 54-year-old man presented with a painless right intrascrotal mass. Serum levels of HCG-beta and AFP were within normal limits. Scrotal ultrasonography showed an oval-shaped low echoic lesion located on the surface of the testis. The patient underwent right partial orchiectomy. Histological examination revealed adenomatoid tumor of the tunica alubuginea testis. Adenomatoid tumors of the testicular tunica alubuginea are rare. Examination of tumor markers, ultrasound studies and diagnoses of frozen sections can prevent needless orchiectomy.en
