| dc.description.abstract | 43歳男.経静脈的腎盂造影で左水腎症および左尿管第5腰椎椎体より淡く描出される拡張像を認めたが描出不良で, CT上, 左尿管結石を疑わせる高密度領域を認めたため, 経過観察した.膀胱鏡で, 左尿管口より突出する小隆起を認め, カテーテル挿入を試みたが不可能であった.MRIT2強調画像で左尿管狭窄部に, 膀胱を前方に軽度圧排する非円周状の低信号を認めたが, 腫瘤は明らかでなかった.所見より, 左尿管腫瘍と診断し, 小隆起を組織生検した.左尿管部分切除術を施行し, 病理組織所見で, 内反性乳頭腫と診断した | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | A 43-year-old man presented with left hydronephrosis, incidentally found by ultrasonography. He had undergone transurethral bladder tumor resection when he was 29 years old. Cystoscopy revealed a tumor protruding from the left ureteral orifice. Left partial ureterectomy was performed, and its histopathological diagnosis was ureteral inverted papilloma. He has remained free of disease for 18 months after the surgery. | en |
