| dc.description.abstract | 60歳男.数ヵ月前より頻尿, 排尿困難を認めた.胸部, 腹部に異常を認めず, 直腸診で前立腺肥大を認めた.膀胱造影検査では前立腺の膀胱への軽度突出を認める以外に, 膀胱内に異常な陰影欠損を認めた.膀胱異物の可能性を疑い, 膀胱鏡検査を施行し, 膀胱内に白色浮遊異物を認めた.膀胱内の異物がガムと判明したため鉗子で除去を試みたが摘出が困難であった.冷蔵庫で凍らせた生食水を混ぜて, 氷水を作り, 環流液として膀胱内に注入したところ, 膀胱内のガムが固化し, 鉗子で摘出することができた | ja |

He had inserted chewing gum into the urethra for the purpose of masturbation, and it had slipped into the bladder. We collected 1, 436 cases of vesico-urethral foreign body from the Japanese literature including our case, and reviewed these cases with some statistical analysis. | en |
