dc.description.abstract8ヵ月男.左停留精巣で経過観察中に左鼠径部の圧痛が出現した.CTで左鼠径部に一部低吸収域を伴う腫瘤を認めた.精巣腫瘍と診断し, 悪性の可能性が否定できず, 試験切開を行った.精巣の割面は暗赤色の腫瘤が大部分を占めており, 正常な精巣組織は僅かであった.腫瘤核出は不可能で, 精巣摘除術を行った.左精巣は13×20mm, 腫瘍の大きさは11×13mmで, 被膜に包まれており, 精巣との境界は明瞭であった.病理所見で, 暗赤色の部位に血液を入れた大小の血管の増殖を認めた.その一部に血管壁の肥厚を認め, 動脈様構造を有していた.正常と思われた精巣組織は殆ど壊死となっていた.悪性所見は認めず, 術後経過は良好であるja
dc.description.abstractAn 8-month-old boy was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of left inguinal pain during his follow-up of left cryptorchism. Computed tomography showed a solid mass with a low density area in the left inguinal region. Tumor markers, including alpha-fetoprotein and human gonadotropin-beta, were normal. Exploration of the left testis by an inguinal approach revealed a reddish mass occupying more than half of the testicular parenchyma and we performed left orchiectomy. The tumor was histopathologically diagnosed as arteriovenous hemangioma.en
