| dc.description.abstract | シスチン尿症治療薬であるチオプロニン錠の24週間長期投与により尿中シスチン排泄量の低下作用および安全性について検討した.全国22施設で, 32症例を検討した.中止・脱落例は観察期9例, 用量設定期4例, 長期投与期3例で, 長期投与期完了例は16例であった.尿中シスチン排泄量は観察期901.48±162.55mg/日から長期投与期488.60±111.48mg/日へと有意に低下した.チオプロニン錠の尿中シスチン排泄量の低下作用は24週の長期にわたって持続することが確認された.尿量において変動は認められなかった.因果関係が否定できない有害事象は6例に13件みられ, 1例には入院に伴った抑うつ状態の悪化である重篤な副作用が認められた.投与時期の長期化に伴い副作用発現率が上昇する傾向は見られなかった | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | Thirty two patients with cystinuria were enrolled in this long-term study and 16 patients were treated with tiopronin for 24 weeks. Tiopronin reduced daily urinary cystine excretion from 901.48 mg (before treatment) to 488.60 mg (on the average of 12th week and 24th week after tiopronin administration) successfully. Tiopronin therapy was tolerated well, but side effects were observed in 13 events in 6 patients. Thus tiopronin was expected to be effective in preventing cystine stone formation and tolerated well. | en |
