| dc.description.abstract | 66歳男.尿管結石を契機として発見された両側腎細胞癌に対し, 両側腎切除を施行した症例について報告した.左側腹部痛を主訴とし, 超音波検査にて右腎腫瘍が認められたため入院となった.腹部CTにて右中極の腎腫瘍, 左腎上極の腫瘍, 左腎下極の腫瘍を認めた.そのため両側同時性腎腫瘍, 左尿管結石の診断となった.左腎部分切除術と左尿管切石術を施行し, その後右腎部分切除術を施行した.左右4つの腫瘍とも腎細胞癌顆粒細胞癌grade 2であり, 切除断片には腫瘍細胞は認めなかった.多発性腎癌であったため再発予防を目的にインターフェロンα-2bを600万単位筋注し, 術後9ヵ月において腎機能は良好に保たれており再発は認められていない | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | We report a case of bilateral synchronous renal cell carcinoma in a 66-year-old-man, who underwent bilateral partial nephrectomy. He visited our hospital, complaining of left flank pain. Drip infusion pyelography showed a left ureteral stone and left hydroureteronephrosis. Computerized tomography revealed bilateral renal tumors. These tumors were small (< 2 cm), so bilateral partial nephrectomy and left ureterolithotomy were performed. The pathological examination showed that all tumors were renal cell carcinoma. No recurrence has been seen nine months after the operation. This is the 12th case in the Japanese literature reported as bilateral partial nephrectomy for bilateral synchronous renal cell carcinoma. | en |
