| 抄録: | 外傷性精巣脱出症5例を経験した.5例中3例は複合性脱出であり, 他の2例は表在性の鼠径部脱出症であった.この2例では精巣導帯は恥骨上縁に付着していた.いずれに対しても観血的整復・固定を行った Five cases of traumatic dislocation of the testis are described. Dislocation of the testis is a rare injury, with only 93 cases having been reported in Japan. Recent reports have revealed an increased number of motor cycle accidents involving teenage patients. Early surgical management is required, since closed reduction is difficult. We discuss its classification, diagnosis and treatment. |
