| 抄録: | A 56-year-old male presented with a history of dull pain in the abdomen, accompanied by anorexia and weight loss. On examination, he had a moderate tenderness in the right kidney region. Radiological investigation could not deny renal tumor, and the right kidney was removed. Microscopically, characteristic colonies of actinomyces were seen. Preoperatively it is difficult to differentiate renal actinomycosis and renal tumor. Removal of the involved kidney followed by appropriate antibiotic therapy may be promptly curative. |
