| 抄録: | The patient was a 40-year-old woman who was hospitalized for edema of whole body. On admission, ultrasonography, CT scan and MRI revealed bilateral hydronephrosis due to retroperitoneal large tumors. The angiography showed hypervascular tumors in the pelvis. These tumors were surgically removed and the histology was leiomyoma. The retroperitoneal leiomyoma is rare and only 16 cases have been reported in the literature besides our patient. |
