| 抄録: | A case of leiomyosarcoma of the scrotum is reported. A 44-year-old man referred to our hospital with the complaint of swelling of the left scrotal contents. The lesion was about 3 cm in diameter, isolated from testis, epididymis and spermatic cord. Ultrasonography revealed hypoechoic and slightly heterogenic area in the lesion. Surgical resection was easily done. Histological examination showed leiomyosarcoma. Adjuvant therapy was not performed. Three years after the resection, he is alive without any sign of recurrence or metastasis. |
