| 抄録: | 60歳男.前立腺部尿道原発移行性上皮癌症例 A case of primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostatic urethra is reported. A 60 year-old male, with a chief complaint of difficult urination consulted our clinic on March, 1994. Urethrography and endoscopic examination revealed the solitary tumor of the prostatic urethra and transurethral resection was performed. Histologically, the tumor was Grade 2 transitional cell carcinoma without submucosal invasion. The post-operative course was uneventful and no recurrence has been seen. To our knowledge, including our case, 10 cases of primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostatic urethra have been reported in the Japanese literature. |
