dc.description.abstract20歳男.左陰嚢部の無痛性の腫瘤を訴へ当科に入院した.ダウン症に発生した左精巣腫瘍と診断し, 高位精巣摘除術を施行した.摘出精巣は重量82g, 表面平滑で割面は黄白色と赤褐色の部分が混在していた.組織学的に精巣の複合組織型胚細胞腫瘍と診断した.化学療法は家族の同意が得られず断念, 不幸な転帰となったja
dc.description.abstractA 20-year-old man with Down's syndrome was admitted to our hospital because of a painless, swollen mass in the left scrotum. High inguinal orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of testicular tumor, and pathological findings revealed mixed germ cell tumor. Seventeen cases including our case, reported as testicular tumor with Down's syndrome, are herein reviewed.en
