| 抄録: | 77歳男.前立腺肥大症の診断で被膜下摘除術後1年半で左葉に硬結を触知し, マーカーの軽度上昇, エコーで左葉のperipheral zoneに低エコー部を認めた.生検組織に低分化腺癌, 骨盤MRIで精嚢への浸潤, 骨シンチグラムで腰椎への異常集積像が認められた為, 前立腺癌, T3NOM1, stage D2と診断した.現在, CMAとLH-RH agonistによるホルモン療法を施行中である A 77-year-old male patient underwent retropubic prostatectomy for benign prostatic hypertrophy. Fourteen months after operation, a hard nodule was palpated on the left lobe on digital examination. Transrectal needle biopsy was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the prostate. It was one and half year after prostatectomy that we diagnosed prostate cancer (stage D2). |
