| 抄録: | 肉眼的血尿を主訴とした結節性硬化症の21歳女で, 膀胱タンポナーデが起こり, CT等より, 右腎下極の腫瘤は腎細胞癌である事も否定し得ない為, 根治的右腎臓摘出及び後腹膜リンパ節郭清を行った.組織学的に, 下腎杯から腎実質部にかけての15mm径の乳頭状腫瘤は腎細胞癌であり, この部位以外の腎実質には多発性腎血管筋脂肪腫が認められた.腎静脈への腎細胞癌の浸潤が認められた為, インターフェロンα-2aを投与した.現在, 外来で経過観察中である The relationship between tuberous sclerosis and renal angiomyolipoma of the kidney is widely recognized, but the association of bilateral renal angiomyolipoma with renal cell carcinoma in tuberous sclerosis is extremely rare. Our case seems to be the 5th case reported in Japan. We report here a case of bilateral angiomyolipoma and renal cell carcinoma of the right kidney with tuberous sclerosis. |
