| 抄録: | 症例は53歳女で, 顕微鏡的血尿を指摘された.IVPで左腎盂に軽度の変形がみられ, CTでは左腎門部に直径3cmの腫瘤を認めた.MRIでは, T1強調画像でlow intensity, T2強調画像でintermediate intensityであった.外科的に腫瘤を切除し, 切除した組織の組織学的診断はCastleman's disease, hyaline-vascular typeであった We report a case of retroperitoneal Castleman's disease. A 57-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of microscopic hematuria. Computed tomography demonstrated a small solid retroperitoneal mass. The mass was surgically resected and the histopathological diagnosis of the resected tissue was hyalin vascular type of Castleman's disease. Although retroperitoneal Castleman's disease is an uncommon disease. We should always consider this tumor in the differential diagnosis of retroperitoneal tumors. |
