| 抄録: | 出血性素因を有する尿路結石症患者に対して, 凝固因子ならびに血小板補充療法を行うことで安全にESWLを施行できた3例を報告すると共に, 出血性素因別に若干の文献的考察を加えた We describe our experience with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in three patients with coagulation disorders (one case of hemophilia A, and two cases of thromboasthenia). We successfully performed ESWL using factor VIII or transfusion of platelets without any severe hemorrhagic complications, such as perirenal and subcapsural hematomas. We consider that adequate supplement of coagulation factor or platelets may lower the risk of hemorrhagic complications in coagulopathic patients who undergo ESWL. |
